English translation for non-english speakers

Dear participants

For all of you that will be presenting your paper in Greek or German, these are the guidelines for the english translation of your presentation paper, that must be sent to Crossroads Chair by April, 30.

Text format:

English translation of the title of paper (14-point bold centered – Times New Roman)
Original title of the paper (German or Greek, 13-point bold centered – Times New Roman)

First Author (12-point centered – Times New Roman)
Department of xxx, University of yyy, Country (10-point)

(If) Second Author (12-point centered – Times New Roman)
Department of xxx, University of yyy, Country (10-point)

Main Text:
– 12-point centered – Times New Roman
– Line spacing: 1.5 pt.
– Paragraph spacing: Before (3 pt.) – After (0 pt.)
– Tab spacing: 0.7 pt.
– Document margins: Top – Bottom – Left – Right (all 2.5 pt)
– Align text justified.

General instructions:
– The full text should not exceed 2500 words.
– This is a translated text of your presentation paper, not the proceedings’ full paper. So, footnotes or references are not required.
– You should send your translation text in word format (only .doc, and please not .docx).

If you encounter any difficulties formatting your translation text under the given instructions, don’t worry. Just try to achieve the closest version you can and then send it to us. We ‘ll do the rest.
